Relatively recent history shows that it IS possible to place two major European trophies in one team's cabinet in the same season.

It’s at least one reason for the respective head coaches of South Africa's currently strongest teams the Bulls and Stormers, Jake White and John Dobson, to keep thinking ambitiously in that regard while 2023/24 grinds onward.

Those near-constant Irish heavyweights Leinster last achieved the feat in 2017/18, beating France's Racing 92 in the novel, Bilbao-hosted final of the Champions Cup (15-12), while also safely pocketing the more league-based PRO14 spoils.
