Thin or full brows? Straight or hybrid? The answer is: natural brows any day!
No more overly sculpted brows – just let your natural brow shape shine. Eyebrows can instantly give you a facelift, so defining them to perfection is key.
The most common mistake is not knowing where to start or end your eyebrows. No matter the shape of your face, there are three universal brow rules that you need to follow.
Using a brush or eyebrow pencil, follow these easy steps to define your eyebrows.
Where your eyebrow should start
Hold the pencil against the edge of the outside of your nostril, and place it vertically, then mark where it touches your brow.
Find your arch
Rotate the definer outwards from your nostril stopping at the outer edge of your iris and mark the spot.
Get the tail right
Place the pencil diagonally from the side of your nose to the corner of your eye and draw a dot. Connect the three dots and fill in your brow using a brow pencil or powder.
Don’t let your brows overpower you
There are many brow shapes and trends, sure your brow size complements the shape of your eyes and face.
Rounded arched brows are softer, making them perfect for angular faces. Curved and angled eyebrows are suitable for square-shaped faces, as they help elongate the face while softening the jawline.
If you have found your shape but don’t have time to perfect your look every morning, there are semi-permanent options such as microblading, which minimises the daily maintenance that needs to be done.
