With the winter season luring in, the chances of having a cold or flu are much higher. Hassan states that menthol and bottlebrush are the ingredients you should look for in tea when you would like to cure colds and flu. 

Herbal tea and green tea for energy

Getting out of bed and making your way to work on a cold winter morning might be a hassle. A fresh cup of tea is something you might use to kick off your day and herbal or green tea might be the teas you would like to try out for increased energy.

These teas usually consist of ginseng, ashwagandha, ginger, and chamomile, and these are key ingredients that can assist in keeping your energy levels high, no matter how cold it is.

Guava leaves for periods and menopause symptoms

Winter affects some women’s periods and brings an increase in menopause symptoms for others. The periods might be longer in winter, or menopause symptoms might worsen.
