Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West are having another baby! Of course, that is front page news...

This couple is celeb royalty, so an announcement like this is pretty much on par with any pregnancy news of royal couple, Kate and Wills.

Channel24 reported this morning that her pregnancy was revealed in a a teaser at the end of the mid-season finale of the family's reality TV show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Everyone is already busy choosing baby names for Kimye's unborn child (um, so far the most popular name is South)...

Yet, we have to give it our best shot, right? What will she get up to as she carries her second child to term? No idea. But here are just a few uninformed guesses, if you will...

1. She will surprise everyone and call her second child something 'normal', like Karl or Kasey.

2. She will find a way to squeeze her swollen pregnancy feet into even more uncomfortable shoes than these strappy heels. Ouch. Remember this shoe situation?
