Channel24 reports that Kanye popped the question to Kim while a 50 piece orchestra played the instrumental to Lana Del Ray’s song Young and Beautiful, before playing Kanye’s hit (which also featured Neyo and Keri Hilson) Knock You Down, with the words “Please Marry Me” displayed on a big screen in the background (excuse me as my heart begins to melt).
Kim said yes and then Kanye slid the diamond ring on her finger.
Kanye has spoken out in the past about how he wants to keep his personal life private and away from cameras but after he popped the question to Kim in front of the Keeping Up with the Kardashians crew he might have unintentionally given us rights to his private life. We WANT to see the proposal.
Of course, Kanye being the drama-king that he is, isn’t keen on airing their special moment on international TV. Yawn.
So right now as things stand, it’s up to ‘Yeezus’ to decide if he wants the proposal to be shown on the reality TV show. For the sake of all things entertaining we seriously hope he gives it the go ahead.
Kanye is now the 3rd man to put a ring on Kim’s finger and for their sake (especially Kim’s) we hope he will be the last. But we also kind of hope that Wendy Williams gets to eat that crow.
