Moms (just like everyone else!) have days when we just don’t feel like ourselves. Sometimes we know exactly what’s wrong; sometimes it’s just an uneasy feeling. But one thing’s for sure – our kids, young or old, can sense when we’re unhappy. Here are five quick ways to improve your mood before it gets the better of you.

And when none of the above makes you feel any better, remember there’s nothing wrong with a good cry. It’s cathartic and helps you process whatever’s bothering you. Just don’t spend too much time doing it.
