Cher’s son Elijah Blue Allman is fighting his mother’s attempts to be granted conservatorship over his finances.

In recently filed court documents, Elijah (47) denies his mother’s claims that he's a drug addict and cannot make sound financial decisions, and says he pays his debtors on time and is responsibly managing the money he gets from the trust created by his late father, musician Greg Allman.

Cher has said she's worried that he's using his trust money to abuse drugs.
