Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are eight months into divorce proceedings, but anyone who saw the power pair at this weekend’s SNL taping would be forgiven for thinking they’re newlyweds.
Kim roasted her estranged husband in her opening monologue on Saturday Night Live, but throughout the taping the pair could be seen waving and smiling at each other.
“I mean, I married the best rapper of all time,” said Kim on the show. “Not only that, he's the richest black man in America, a talented, legit genius, who gave me four incredible kids . . . So when I divorced him, you have to know it came down to just one thing: his personality.”

Kim filed for divorce from the Chicago-born rapper in February after six years of marriage, but the process has been so uneventful that it has left many questioning if they still plan on calling it quits.
On the show, Kim also took a jab at Kanye’s presidential aspirations after referring to her stepdad Caitlyn Jenner’s failed bid for the office of the governor of California.
“Now I know we’re divided as a country, but I’d love America to come together, which is why I’m here to announce that I’m running for . . . I’m just kidding, guys, I’m not running for president. We can’t have three failed politicians in one family,” she quipped.
Those in the SNL live audience said the couple were waving and making eyes at each other.
Fans point out the pair seem more in sync now, than before Kim filed for divorce, citing their fake wedding at the Donda listening party in August where Kim appeared in a wedding dress with a veil, and Kanye rapping to her, "But you came here to show that you’re still in love with me.”
At the Met Gala last month, Kim’s anonymous date dressed in black from head to toe, but even with his face covered he looked suspiciously like Ye (it wasn’t, though). The couple was spotted having dinner with friends earlier this month, and a source close to them said they were working on rebuilding their relationship.
