Home alone: Chrissy Teigen coming to terms with mom's return to Thailand

For the first time in years, Chrissy Teigen lives alone at home with her husband and four children. The cookbook author revealed this week that her mother, Vilailuck Teigen, also known as Pepper, has moved back to Thailand.

“It's weird waking up and going, ‘Oh my God, I got four kids, and mom's not here.’ And, of course, we have help, but there's nobody like your mother,” Chrissy said in a radio interview.

After sharing a home with Chrissy (38), her husband John Legend (45) and their children Luna (7), Miles (5), Esti (1) and Wren, Pepper became very close to the family and they're all feeling her absence, Chrissy said.
