Kendra Wilkinson is opening up about her life as one of Hugh Hefner’s girlfriends and her mental-health struggles.

The former Playboy model and star of reality TV series The Girls Next Door, who was hospitalised towards the end of last year after suffering a panic attack, admits it's only now at age 38 that she's working through all the unresolved trauma in her life. 

“I was dying of depression,” she told People of the September incident in an emotional interview. “I was hitting the end of my life, and I went into psychosis. I felt like I wasn’t strong enough to live anymore."
