In 1991 Madonna released her raunchy documentary Truth or Dare, in which she simulated a sex act with a bottle and talked openly about her wild bedroom antics.

Fast-forward 30 years and the pop icon, no longer bothering with the “dare” bit, continues to be as provocative and risqué as ever, as demonstrated in her new shock doc, Madame X, which debuted on MTV recently.

Madge’s racy revelations will probably not leave hardcore fans particularly gobsmacked, as the 63-year-old mom of six often boasts about her wild sex-life, self-pleasure and using drugs.

Filmed in Lisbon, Portugal – where Madonna has lived since 2017 to support son David’s soccer career – the film features footage from her 2019-2020 world tour that was curtailed by the pandemic.

The tour took its name from the singer’s 14th studio album, which debuted at No 1 on the Billboard 200 chart in 2019, and the Madame X persona she adopted for the tour is a sultry, eyepatch-wearing secret agent.

In the doccie the Medellín hitmaker mouths off to the crowd, discussing her genitals and insulting fans who’d forked out thousands to get into the intimate theatre shows.

At one point, she tells the crowd, “I love my grandma. She lived to 100, God bless her. I’m going to live to 200, bitches – just you watch.”

Indeed, it seems Madonna – who’s been dating her backup dancer Ahlamalik Williams (27) since late 2019 – isn’t about to clam up anytime soon when it comes to her ever-scandalous private life.

She proudly talks about self-love, says she likes men to “f**k me then get out” and admits taking drugs at home – but she only smokes to look cool in pictures.

“I smoke for photoshoots. I don’t like it. I like opiates,” she explains.

Dave quizzed her on the film roles she’s turned down, including Showgirls (1995) and Catwoman (2004), and she responded that those movies had “no appreciation for women, no respect”.

“I saw them both and I regret that I turned down Catwoman – that was fierce. But Showgirls, no.

“I turned down a role in The Matrix, too. I wanted to kill myself – that’s one of the best films in the world.”

The material mom was blasted on social media last week after she flashed her bottom and gyrated on US talk-show host Jimmy Fallon’s desk during an appearance on The Tonight Show.

The seven-time Grammy winner was promoting the Madame X documentary and astounded Jimmy when she slid across his desk, exposing her famous derriere in the process.

One Twitter user wrote, “Unpopular opinion: I know you say one can be sexy at any age but, to me, 63-year-old Madonna humping Fallon’s desk was just embarrassing. Sorry.”

Unsurprisingly, her bawdy behaviour has filtered into her social media accounts too.

She recently posted a series of selfies on her Instagram grid, showing her wearing a several necklaces – and not much else.

In the topless images, Madonna gazes at the camera with a serious expression and her long, blonde hair concealing her breasts.

“Why do I have to explain everything . . .” she captioned the images. Indeed.
