Kanye West is no longer the only musician in his family - North West, his daughter with his ex, Kim Kardashian, has announced that her debut album will be dropping soon.
The ten-year-old announced the release of her first album at a listening party for Vultures 1, her dad and Ty Dolla $ign's new album, on 10 March in Phoenix, Arizona.
The album is a natural next step for North, who last month became an official Billboard Hot 100-charting artist, thanks to her featuring on the track Talking, on Vultures 1.
On Talking, she raps a verse referring to herself as "your bestie, Miss Westie".
The title of North's album, Elementary School Dropout, is a riff on Kanye's 2004 debut album, The College Dropout, and will feature several of the youngster's pals too, according to social media celeb Justin LaBoy, a close friend of Kanye's.
Justin, who's an ex-professional basketball player, told TMZ North had friends with her in studio to collab with on the album, and Kanye had been working with her too. He added that from what he's heard, North's album is going to be "a classic".

North made her performing debut at Paris Fashion Week in 2020, where she sang at the Yeezy fashion show. She also previously sang with the choir at his weekly Sunday Service, an invitation-only "religious and spiritual event".
North certainly appears to be following in her famous parents' footsteps, but she has some pretty firm ideas about what else she'd like to be, apart from a celebrity, fashionista and muso.
"When I'm, like, 13, I want to walk dogs, to make money to buy art supplies, because everything around here is so expensive.
"So a rapper, a basketball player, and I'm going to make artwork that I sell."
