He’s one of Hollywood’s best-loved stars, known for his good looks and down-to-earth nature.
But for a long time Keanu Reeves (57) was single – until he met artist Alexandra Grant (49) in 2019.
Since then they’ve appeared together in public only a handful of times, but this week they were back in the spotlight as they attended the 2022 MOCA Gala held at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles – and people loved it.
Social media lit up with compliments for the couple, who looked loved-up as they walked the red carpet together and posed for pictures.

“They are so amazing and loving towards each other. Very private, but you can tell there’s a lot of love and adoration for one another. So happy for them both. Love will always prevail,” one user tweeted.
“Seeing him smile like that makes me so happy!” added another.
The John Wick star lost the love of his life, Jennifer Syme (who was director David Lynch's assistant), in 2001 in a car crash, two years after they lost their daughter, who was stillborn.
While he went on to date fleetingly, he didn’t have any serious relationships until he met Alexandra.
What we know about their romance so far
They’ve been friends for years and worked together in 2011 on the adult picture book series Ode to Happiness. Alexandra provided the illustrations and Keanu penned the poetry. They also worked together in 2016 for a book series titled Shadows.They made their red-carpet debut at the LACMA Art+Film Gala presented by Gucci in Los Angeles in 2019. In an interview with Vogue in March 2020 Alexandra spoke about the attention she received when they went public with their relationship. “I think every single person I knew called me in the first week of November, and that’s fascinating.”She is a respected artist, based in Los Angeles. Her primary medium is painting and she has exhibited in galleries such as the Orange County Museum of Art in California and the prestigious Marfa Invitational in Texas.Asked if marriage was something she could foresee for herself in the future, she said, “Over a glass of wine . . . I would love to tell you. Love at every level is deeply important to my identity. How’s that for dodging the question? I do not believe that isolation is the way. There is a period of isolation that I do as a painter, but I deeply value the experience of being in relationships.”
Although he wasn’t directly referring to Alexandra, Keanu spoke about love on The Drew Barrymore Show, telling the actress he’s not a lover, but a fighter. “Because if you’re a lover, you gotta be a fighter . . .
