The gender reveal of an unborn baby has become a thing in recent years, with people spending big money on lavish parties to tell the world if they're expecting a boy or a girl.
For Serena Williams (41) and husband, Alexis Ohanian, it was no different.
The couple announced their second baby's gender in a sweet video titled The Big Reveal.
The tennis legend arrived at her baby gender reveal dressed all in pink, sure she was having another girl.
"I'm a little nervous because I don't have any contingency plan if it turns out to be a boy," she says.
Their gender reveal wasn't just a regular cutting of the cake to see if it's blue for a boy or pink for a girl. Instead, it was an extravagant drone display.
Alexis wanted the moment to be special for his wife and their daughter, Olympia (5).
"We're actually going to reveal Jelly Bean’s sex. The way we’re going to do it, though, is with a little style and some spectacular lights,” he says in the video.
He then gathers everyone and requests music before announcing, "Draw your attention to the heavens.” As everyone looks up, drones spell out the word "girl" with lights in the night sky.

The tennis legend revealed her second pregnancy at the Met Gala a few months back, just hours after she broke the news to her daughter, Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr.
Serena documented the intimate moment she and Alexis shared the happy news with Olympia, sharing the video online.
“I tried not to take it personal, cause I’m, like, super into fitness.”
The video shows the couple sitting on a couch with their daughter.
“Remember how you’ve been praying for a little sister or brother?” Serena asks Olympia.
“Well, we went to the doctor, and it turns out I’m not getting fat, but I have a baby in my belly.”
Olympia then asks, “Are you kidding me?" before hugging her mom and squealing, “Oh my god! I’m so excited!”

After seeing her mother’s belly, the five-year-old jumped off the couch and ran around the house, yelling about how excited she is.
Serena, who retired from tennis in 2022 to focus on her family, showed off her baby bump at the Met Gala in a stunning black-and-white Gucci gown. She's been trying to have a second baby for a while and has been candid about suffering complications during her first pregnancy when her heart rate dropped, she had to have an emergency C-section.
But she says she forgot all about the pain when she laid eyes on Olympia.
Serena shares a special bond with her daughter, whom she calls her "bestie" in her Instagram posts.
She's also been candid about feeling "mom guilt", even though she's a hands-on parent.
“I don’t know if I’m a good mom, and I don’t know if my method works, but I’m very hands-on with my daughter and it was the same with our parents.”
