YOU magazine has long had an excellent reputation for recipes and now, as temperatures drop, we bring you what we think are the seven most delicious soup recipes, from chicken noodle soup to tomato soup with mini herb scones.

It’s a classic, and this one has an extra zing.

TIP: Serve the soup in 4 bowls. Divide the noodles among the bowls and serve with half a boiled egg in each. Serve piping hot.

This one is quick and easy – but bursting with flavour.

TIP: To serve, spoon the noodles into individual bowls and add the soup. Sprinkle spring onions over and garnish with the fresh herbs.

TIP: Add a dash of soy sauce and continue to fry for 2 minutes, adding more soy sauce to “red roast” the beef.
