Ingredients
- 1 - packet (500g) hokkien noodles
- - oil
- 400g - rump steak, thinly sliced
- 1 - red onion, cut into wedges
- 2 - zucchini, halved lengthways, thinly sliced diagonally
- 1 - bunch baby bok choy, trimmed
- 100g - stir-fry sauce
- 80ml - water
Method
1 Cook the noodles according to the packet directions.
2 Heat the oil in a large wok over high heat until hot. Add the beef in two batches and stir-fry for 2 minutes, or until browned. Remove and set aside.
3 Add the onion and zucchini to the same wok. Stir-fry over high heat for about 2 minutes, or until almost tender. Add the bok choy and stir-fry for 1 minute, until just tender.
4 Return the beef to the wok with the noodles, sauce and water. Stir-fry for 1 minute or until hot.
