Yolani Abrahams is a trained pastry chef and co-owner of Kole & Deeg eatery in Tulbagh.

Yolani is a pescatarian and enjoys experimenting in the kitchen with her husband, Anwar Abdullatief, who is also a chef. The pair love playing with new flavour combinations, especially in plant-based dishes. In her next life, she’d like to be a vegan.
