When Josiah Morake was a struggling gardener six years ago, he never dreamed he would one day become his own boss.

His day started early, with him leaving the Ivory Park township in Midrand at 5am to try to earn a living so he could support his small family.

Gardening wasn't a dream for him but it would be the perfect way to kick-start a business environment as an eco-entrepreneur.
