Courts are there for a very important reason – they maintain law and order, send criminals to jail, sort out money issues and try to ensure the world is a safer and more civilised place.
But you have to feel for the judges and magistrates who preside over these institutions of justice and fairness: sometimes the cases that land before them are just plain curious.
