Glacial would be an apt description of his long and painful journey fighting for justice after suffering a crippling attack. It’s been 15 years since the assault that’s left him paralysed and Andrew Merryweather is finally breathing a sigh of relief.

Andrew (39) was recently awarded R11 million in damages by the Western Cape High Court.

“It’s wonderful, but it still doesn’t feel real," he says of his hard-fought victory.
