His hands tremble as he scrolls through the photos on his cell phone, searching for the last picture he took of his teenage son, Werner Oosthuizen.

Werner (16) was Gideon Oosthuizen's eldest, and he was always camera-shy, recalls his dad.

In the photo he's found, Werner is looking over his shoulder at the camera, almost as though he's been caught off-guard.
