When it comes to our crowning glory we tend to focus just on our hair – its length, style, split ends and dryness, for example.

What we often forget is that many hair problems stem from poor scalp health.

A healthy scalp is the foundation for a healthy crop of hair. Imagine trying to grow crops or flowers on soil that is full of weeds and pests. Even though the plants may grow, they won’t be the healthiest. The same analogy applies to your scalp.
