Here's how...
Download and print the template. Attach it to the back of the Priplak with masking tape and cut out the tree shapes and star with a craft knife and steel ruler.
Measure and mark rectangles of 30 x 45cm on the plywood and cut them out with the jigsaw.
Sand the edges smooth.
Decant about 50ml of Woodoc Water-Borne FLOOR Matt Clear in each mixing container. Add the Woodoc Colours Full Moon and Woodoc Colours Brights Red to each container, respectively, and stir well.
Apply the spray adhesive to the back of the stencil you made in step 1.
Position your stencil on the placemat. Dip the sponge brushes in the Woodoc mixtures and apply on the cut-outs of the stencil. Remove the stencil. Let it dry completely.
Apply 3 coats of Woodoc Water-Borne FLOOR Matt Clear on all sides of your placemats to seal them. Let each coat dry completely before you apply the next. Lightly sand between coats but don’t sand after the final coat.
