Often mistaken for her husband's daughter, 25-year-old Aaliya Lara speaks about the rather awkward encounters she and Steve Lara, who is twice her age, have had since they got married.

Steve, 48, married Aaliya less than two years ago in Las Vegas. She says she has found "a deep sense of peace" but that their age gap has led to a few uncomfortable situations.

She has, for example, been mistaken for her husband's daughter, who is just a year older than her.
