Upon arrival, expect to be welcomed by attentive and professional receptionist who will assist you with checking in. You will then have the luxury of choosing a smoking or non-smoking room before heading to your designated room.
Overall look of the rooms
Their rooms are pretty standard but perfect for those on the road with business. Each room has a bar fridge, TV for when you want to take a breather and a workstation.
In house facilities
The hotel prides itself in providing excellent service to their guests and we sure weren’t disappointed. With the option to choose to eat your meals through room service or sitting in at the RBG Bar&Grill we had most of our meals in the room, we loved the convenience.
The food
Props to the chef at the RBG Bar&Grill for preparing scrumptious meals for the guests. The variety in the menu caters for all tastebuds.
Additional facilities
If you’re tired of being cooped up in your room, the hotel has a bar area where you can enjoy a drink or two overlooking the chill area which has a pool, perfect for the hot summer days. In addition, the hotel has a shuttle service available to transport you to and from Sandton City should you need a few items from the shops.
Overall, our stay at the hotel was a good one, we rate the hotel 4/5.
