Here are four tips to consider:

Take it slow

You've heard about the sow fashion movement, but what about slow dating? The idea is to be more mindful when it comes to setting up dates rather mindlessly scrolling away on apps.

Be mindful

Embrace the unknown

One of the reasons people get into bad relationships is that they can’t deal with the uncertainty of being single.

Do the groundwork

Spend some time contemplating what lockdown has meant to you and set an intention of what you really want from your next relationship.

Have you been on dating apps during the lockdown? What has your experience been like? Tell us here.
