Red carpet season is fully upon us and that means once again we take over from where Joan Rivers left off, and live out our best Fashion Police dreams (minus the offensive quips) from the comfort of our couches every week for the next two months or so.
Last night's 25th Annual Critics' Choice Awards may not have been as highly anticipated as the Golden Globes or the upcoming Oscars, but the red carpet certainly gave us a few designer gems to marvel at given that the caliber of couture was just as stellar.

Here are 13 A-listers whose looks we figure are worth a mention:
Cynthia Erivo
Styled by Jason Bolden in Fendi, and we didn't think she could outdo her Golden Globes look!
Lupita Nyong'o
In Michael Kors. Even more captivating here, is Lupita's beauty look.
Zendaya
Styled by Law Roach in Tom Ford. The Euphoria leading lady looked phenomenal, but there's something very Thierry Mugler-esque about this bustier, Tom.
Anne Hathaway
Back on the red carpet with a bang in gold Versace.
Olivia Wilde
In a Valentino SS20 gown with a plunging neckline.
Billy Porter
We told you the '70s were back! The Pose star was styled by Sam Ratelle in a custom Hogan McLaughlin gown, which Billy explained was "inspired by the free-spiritedness of David Bowie and the 1970’s disco era."
Jennifer Lopez
And she's back. It looks like this wasn't an eleventh hour pick like her Golden Globes gown.

Mandy Moore
Black really is the new black, and the This Is Us star embraced its return in this Elie Saab jumpsuit-and-cape ensemble. Some will laud this look, and others will loathe it.
Saoirse Ronan
Thank you to Elizabeth Saltzman for putting Saoirse in this romantic Erdem SS20 gown. The Barker Hangar blue carpet couldn't have asked for a better moment (imagine if the carpet was actually red).
Ava DuVernay
Also styled by Jason Bolden, but in Michael Cinco to collect her award for When They See Us.
Charlize Theron
In a Celine dress and blazer. Remember Kerry Washington sported a similar getup at last week's awards? This could be a trend we'll be seeing more of on 2020 red carpets.
Kaitlyn Dever
Continuing her streak of knockout red carpet gowns. But in the spirit of heeding Coco Chanel's advice about removing one accessory before you leave the house, we would remove the belt from this look.
Aimee Carrero
Styled by Annabelle Harron in probably the most crisp suit of the evening - a Gabriela Hearst suit with a matching bag.
