Lesley began her fitness journey at 49 when she started lifting weights and competing in competitions. And now, with over 30 titles to her name, she hopes to be an inspiration to others.

Speaking in her social media videos, she says, "People are usually inspired by my videos as it encourages them to train whatever age they are. I feel honoured and flattered that people enjoy my content. I love spreading the word."Lesley has a gym and hopes to encourage other women to have confidence in weight training."

"It's an exercise that can change your body shape and health. It's never too late to start. Our bodies will always respond regardless of age," she says.
