The Provincial Powers Bill in the Western Cape, championed by the DA, is nothing more than snake oil for voters, writes Mbhazima Shilowa.

Following the brouhaha by the ANC provincial and national leadership surrounding the so-called bill aimed at "Capexit, usurping power from national government, to create a federal or independent state" by the Western Cape Provincial Government and Legislature, I decided to read up on it.
