The TRUELOVE All A Woman Needs 2023 festival closed off the year in style with a girl’s day out. All the attendees looked stylish in top-to-toe denim as they rocked to Mzansi’s renowned artists.
If you weren’t at the TRUELOVE All a Woman Needs festival, you definitely missed out. The morning kicked off with a queue of excited women, ready to experience the day with us and fill up their goodie bags.
First things first
Stepping into the venue, you picked up your denim goodie bag, courtesy of RE: Denim, which you were invited to fill up at all the activations.
Our headline sponsor, Woolworths, showed us that there is no one size fits all approach when it comes to style & beauty.
Finding your perfect fit denim was made seamless with the help of Re. Denim stylists. Woolworths Lingerie showed that diversity matters with their variety of lingerie shades to suit your skin tone.
The Woolworths beauty skincare experience also left you armed with the right skincare routine for you.
Our firm favourite, Sta-Sof-fro, rocked the show with a floral activation while Ford’s aspirational vehicles were the perfect show pieces for all the pictures. And all the stands had a touch of pink and floral because yes, it’s summer!
It’s party time!
Before hitting the stage to enjoy the entertainment, a glass of bubbly or refreshing freezo was the order of the day. The stage kept the ladies entertained, where the magazine came to life as performances from award-winning artists like Mafikizolo, Maleh and Bonga Kani kept them dancing the day away.
Love and laughs
The panel discussions were also a hit, where phenomenal women such as Miss South Africa, Natasha Joubert and our career coach, Vumi Msweli shared knowledge and inspired their audiences. Our host for the day was none other than radio DJ and talk show host Dineo Ranaka, who had the ladies laughing the whole day.
