Yes, it can only be Saturday Night Fitness, South Africa’s biggest workout party! This year, we celebrated our endorphin rush at GrandWest Casino and Entertainment World against a backdrop of lights, music, and lots of lycra. The back-to-back workouts kicked off with a high-energy warm-up with Ceri Hannan, followed by the legendary Queen Fitnass’s HIIT class. If you’ve ever watched her skip or box jump on her wildly popular Instagram, you’ll know that no one does HIIT quite like her! This was followed by a body-positive dance class with the crew from Rockingheels and a beautiful, grounding yoga session with the inimitable Noks Jada from Earthchild Africa. The finale was a major mood booster – a fun, challenging dance cardio class with Fitness Icon! Between all the action, we had Siv Ngesi to keep spirits flying high and incredible pop-ups from the sponsors Mitchum, L’Oreal Elvive, African Extracts, Vitaforce, Bioplus, and Stanley South Africa. Plus! A goodie bag worth R2000. We couldn’t help but come away inspired and ready to keep on crushing this year’s fitness goals.
