After years of relaxers, blow-drying, flat-ironing, and goodness knows what else, my hair is damaged and dry.
Needless to say, I’ve now stopped using certain products, and try to put as little heat on my hair – which isn’t always possible given that my hair is thick and takes FOREVER to dry naturally.
So, I’ve been on the lookout for a great product that moisturises my hair without having to do too much effort, and work for longer than one day.

I couldn’t wait to try it on my thick tresses, and boy, did it work!
The directions say to keep it on for just one minute, but with my thick, dry hair, I decided to keep it on for 10 instead. It made my hair so much easier to comb through, even after it was rinsed off, and had a great scent to it.
The real test was after my hair was dry. I styled my hair as normal, and was surprised at how soft and smooth my hair was.
