These friends aren’t fooling around – they mean business!
Gwyneth Paltrow is certainly not a woman to censor herself and knows about getting weird or even outrageous, especially when it comes to her Goop lifestyle brand.
This time, the Iron Man star revealed some risqué information about Sheryl Berkoff on her husband Rob Lowe’s podcast Rob’s Literally!, released earlier this week, the Daily Mail reports.
Gwyneth (47) told Rob (56) she thought Sheryl was the “coolest chick of all time” when she taught her the ins and outs of oral sex while Gwen was a teen.

The confession came up when Gwyneth explained how she had first met the 59-year-old makeup artist.
“I met Sheryl – the Mrs. Lowe – when I was 15 or 16,” she said.
“She was doing my mom's makeup on this TV movie, and I went down to visit. It was in Florida.
“I met Sheryl, and I was, like, immediately obsessed with her,” she continued.
'First of all, she was dating Keanu Reeves, who was my celebrity crush. And she was so cool.
“She knew that I was sneaking cigarettes, and she’d come smoke with me behind the trailer. And she taught me how to give a blow job and, you know, all the classic Sheryl stuff.
“And I just worshipped her. I thought she was literally the coolest chick of all time. And she was so awesome to me!”

Gwyneth kept the specifics of the oral instructions to herself, according to People.
“It was less about remembering the technique – although I'm sure I implemented it the first chance I got,” she admitted.
"It was so cool to have someone treat me like an adult and see me as like a young woman and someone who’s sexual. She just made me feel so free.”
But Sheryl and Gwyneth aren’t the only ones who go way back. Rob and the Goop Founder have been pals since they were teenagers.

The famous friends co-starred in movies like View From the Top and over the years have celebrated one another’s major milestones, E! Online reports.
Gwyneth honoured the Parks and Recreation actor at his Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony, while Rob was in attendance at Gwyneth’s wedding to Brad Falchuk.
