After being told she looks too good in her dress this bridesmaid was removed from her role at her sister’s wedding.
A 14-year-old, who wants to remain anonymous, recently took to Reddit to reveal that she was kicked to the curb as bridesmaids in her sister’s wedding because of her large breasts.
“My sister is getting married in September (assuming all the Covid stuff is over) and she made me one of her bridesmaids!” the teen wrote.
“I was very excited! I’ve never been in a wedding so this is a new experience. I’m also super happy for my sister – her fiancé is the perfect man for her and I’m so happy they’re happy.”
However, her excitement was short-lived after going dress shopping with the bridezilla.
“She [the bride] went bridesmaid dress shopping. She picked out these super-pretty ones. Kinda pinkish red, and ruffles at the top.
“So, we get the dresses and I try mine on. I loved it! It was just the right height so I can get away with wearing flats.
“Me and the other bridesmaids (one of our cousins and my sister’s future sister-in-law and best friend) try them on and walk out to show my sister. My sister looks at me and her face just freezes.
The teenager then recalls being asked by her sister to have a talk in the other room. They walked into the bathroom and the bride-to-be gave a loud sigh
“[She] Then goes ‘your boobs look huge’ which kinda stunned me for a moment. I laughed it off, because I have big breasts. I wear a 34ddd, so I don’t know what she was expecting.
“I asked what do you want me to do about it, and she sighs again and says ‘you can’t wear that to my wedding’. I say ok, so we can return these dresses and pick out some other ones if you don’t like these.
“She kinda shakes her head and goes, ‘no, that’s not what I meant’. I’m confused by now and she goes, ‘I like the dress, just not you in it’,” the youngster goes on to say.
That’s when the bride decided to demote her from the wedding party completely, saying that she doesn't want any attention straying away from her and her fiancé, Mirror reports.
The former bridesmaid says she then stormed out of the bathroom, and headed to the other room where and got back into her regular clothes
Not only was she angry, but the other bridesmaids were unimpressed by the bride’s harsh decision.
“My cousin and my sister’s best friend took my side, and now they say they won’t be a bridesmaid until my sister apologizes and let’s me be in the wedding again.
“My sister texted me and said that I’ve ruined her wedding,” she said.
People on Reddit took to the comment section and backed the teen, calling the sister insecure.
“This sister isn’t just a bridezilla, she’s hella insecure if she thinks a 14-year-old is going to steal the spotlight from her own wedding,” one person wrote.
“Does she just expect everyone who goes to the wedding to look worse than her?” another added.
