Dineo Weds Solo

Actress Dineo Moeketsi, best known for her role as Keabetswe “Kea” Khoza in Mzansi Magic’s The Queen, married her longtime boyfriend, rapper Zothile Langa (aka Solo) on Saturday at The Kitchen L'antico Giardino in Lanseria.

Other South African celebrities who celebrated with them included rappers, Kwesta, Moozlie, L-Tido; and The Queen actresses, Rami Chuene and Mo Setumo; along with Tumi Morake, Thando Thabethe and actor Fezile Makhanya. Fans have waited a long time for this union, as they are one of the most- loved celebrity couples in Mzansi. The pair have been together for more than seven years.

In July 2018, rumours surfaced that Solo had tied the knot with Dineo, when pictures of a traditional wedding did the rounds on social media. The couple neither confirmed nor denied it but it became clear that the rapper had indeed paid lobola for The Queen actress, when Solo posted an Instagram post where he said, “"This time last year, I had sent a delegation to negotiate amalobola.”

Congratulations to the newlyweds.

Zahara To Tour Overseas For A Month

Zahara is focusing on her music again and will embark on a month-long tour of the US and Canada in July, with another tour to the UK in the works. She’ll also perform in Rwanda later this month in preparation for her overseas shows. “I got an invite from a big events promoter in Canada who has booked me for a big show for Canada's Independence Day, and has organised that we do a few shows in the country. We got a similar deal with a promoter in America and so we’ll be between the two countries. I’m excited to perform for my fans there and spread my wings,” Zahara said.

This comes after she had accused TS Records of underpaying her for performances, record sales and royalties. “I’m focused on a new path. I am in a new space. I’m exhausted from talking about it. I just want to leave it to my lawyers and move on with my life. I’m focusing on my bookings and tours.”
