From the '80s right up to 2016, the slogan tee seems to be an always-loved staple. Branded with the name of your favourite cult band, designer, or catch phrase, the slogan tee these days is worn more boxy and longer and not tighter than Beyoncé's security anymore.

The recent Dolce & Gabbana show proved just this. The recent show at Milan Fashion Week introduced us to Tropico Italiano - a collection as vibrant as the Italian spirit.

The finale runway walk saw a brigade of models donning D&G slogan white tees. Even among the vibrant colours of the collection the tees stood out - once more reestablishing it as a staple for every wardrobe.

Shirt were bigger, roomier and looked comfy. Something you'd easily throw on with a pair of high-waisted jeans or a mini denim skirt.
