General overview: Scorpio (October 23 - November 21)
Every now and then you get that year that stands out from the rest, not because you have won the lotto or found your perfect match, but because circumstances have pushed you to dig deeper and do some soul searching.
The first 10 months of 2017 will be about connecting on a more sub-conscious level and doing that inner preparation work that ultimately will help you attract opportunities that will start emerging from mid October.
Take a good hard look at where you are and where you want to go. Make shifts and changes to your daily rhythm that will give you the space and the chance to do something for yourself.
You may have a calling that pulls you, or a situation forces you to look at things in a different way. Don’t be daunted by this though, because it could be the beginning of something amazing.
When you do the inner transformation work and let go of fear, control, and all the patterns that tend to hold you back, you can slowly start showing the world what you have, who you are and what you can do!
This will become apparent from mid October onward and will keep getting brighter and brighter as the good fortune planet Jupiter enters your sign.
Love and relationships:
The most important insight for 2017 is to notice the difference between escaping from something and connecting to something. Idealism is not real. It stops you from taking part in the magic of the moment.
Control might make you feel powerful, but it stops the spontaneity of the moment. Visualise but don't idealise. Things are unfolding so don't force or stop the natural flow.
The most important relationship is the one you have with yourself, so if you have been avoiding the deeper work and not valuing yourself a little more, this is the year to stop that cycle, and look at things from a more objective perspective.
This does not mean that love won't be a strong contender for 2017. In fact it is the biggest contender and through shifting the escapist patterns that have been creating a veil over true love, you will start to look at things in a deeper more real way and attract the love and the opportunities that fulfill you on a much deeper level.
When Jupiter enters your sign in mid October 2017 – mid November 2018, you will start to feel more optimistic and attract opportunities.
Work and money:
2016 and 2017 are about sowing the seeds for future gains.
There is still a lot of reorganising, restructuring and hard work that needs to be done before you start seeing the fruits of your labour. Money may be tied up or not easily accessible.
This is not a year for sprees and splurges. Instead, this is forthcoming year will be one where you should save, invest and make your finances grow and work for the future. The good news is that by October your hard work will start to get the attention you are wanting, and by late 2018, you will definitely reap the rewards.
There is a chance that travel or study may feature and could be linked to work or expanding your options relating to where you want to go in life. It may be difficult to find a steady rhythm as your “all or nothing” nature tends to go toward extremes.
Try to notice when your daily rhythm is too lopsided and do your best to maintain the balance between mind, body and spirit, as well as diet, exercise and rest.
