Jane Dlamini of Johannesburg writes: I’m keen to have an undercounter filter installed; will it really improve the quality of my water? Also, how does the installation process work; can I fit the product myself?

The perfect solution would be to have water that adheres to the highest levels of purity and safety every time you open the tap. Unfortunately, that is not the case.
