1. Cook the pasta in salted water, according to the instructions on the packet, until al dente.
2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic for a minute or two until fragrant. Stir in the capers and fry for another half a minute. Stir in the cream, heat through, then add the tuna, olives, lemon juice and zest to taste, as well as the herbs.
