1.  Cook the pasta for 8 minutes in salted water until al dente.

2.  Heat 45ml of the olive oil and fry the breadcrumbs until nicely browned. Just before you take them off the heat, stir in the garlic, chilli and lemon zest and fry for another minute until fragrant.
