The Milestone Kitchens factory is situated just across the road from Mpolweni, a community-oriented rural town spread out over the hills above Albert Falls Dam.

Most of Milestone Kitchens’ staff live here, including head sander Malusi Gcwabaza.

In recognition of his more than 20 years of service, Malusi was given a freestanding kitchen – he chose one from Milestone Kitchens’ Swedish Style range in a pink that pops against his turquoise walls.
