All you need is an old pallet and some Woodoc products!

You will need

* wooden pallet

* 7 x steel angular connectors (50 x 40mm)

* 2 x steel flat connectors (100 x 35mm)

* 40-pack 5 x 16mm chipboard screws

* steel ruler or straight edge

* pencil

* jigsaw

* Woodoc Water-Borne DECK Clear Matt

* Woodoc Colours in Inky Blue

* mixing container

* stirring spatula

* paintbrush

* sandpaper

 Here’s how

1 Mark a straight line next to the middle bar of the pallet across all the crossbars on both sides.

2 Cut with a jigsaw on the lines you marked out in step 1.

3 Position the cut-off piece at a 90° angle on the other piece.

4 Use the connectors and screws to attach the two pieces.

5 Decant about 400ml of the Woodoc Water-Borne DECK Clear Matt into the mixing container. Add the Woodoc Colours in Inky Blue and stir well. Also stir during application.

6 Paint all sides of the pallet rack with three coats of the mixture you made in step 5, letting it dry between coats. Lightly sand after coat one and two have dried. Do not sand again after the last coat.
