1. Preheat a 7.3L capacity air fryer to 160°C for 3 minutes.
2. Whisk the egg white in a large bowl until frothy; stir in the paprika, chilli, salt, cumin, garlic powder and sugar until combined. Add the almonds and stir to coat.
3. Taking care, place the almonds in the air fryer basket; cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking time, or until golden brown and toasted.
